
Spring Break is almost here! As we prepare for the new season, I’m thrilled to invite all players to join us for a special Youth Spring Plyo & Technique Training Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to stay in shape, sharpen your skills, and prepare for the challenges ahead.
Training Details:
Dates: March 24-28
Location: Next Level Performance Facility
Focus: During this clinic, we’ll be focusing on key areas that are crucial for your development as a player, including:
Speed: Enhance your acceleration and top speed on the field.
Agility: Improve your ability to change direction quickly and effectively.
Balance: Build better control and stability while on the move.
Coordination: Refine your body control to perform at your highest level.
Technique: Work on ball control, passing, dribbling, and shooting precision.
Game IQ: Improve your decision-making, positioning, and overall understanding of the game.
