Boys Program
Miami Fútbol Academy Rush hosts a highly competitive boys’ soccer program with teams ranging from U7 to U19. Our coaches hold licenses from the U.S. Soccer Federation and UEFA, ensuring a high level of instruction and development. Our program provides a pathway from recreational to national team pathway. Our teams participate in a range of competitions, from local, state, national, and even international competitions, with our MLS Next Teams representing the pinnacle of our academy’s competitiveness.

At Miami Fútbol Academy Rush, our pathway to success is distinct from a traditional player development pyramid. While the pyramid model focuses on building skills in sequential stages, our pathway ensures that skills acquired at each stage persist and evolve with the player’s journey. From the earliest stages of development, we emphasize the importance of fundamental skills that remain relevant as players progress. This approach ensures that players never lose sight of the basics, as sometimes, a skill learned at a young age becomes crucial even in advanced stages of play.

About Our MLS NEXT Teams
Our MLS NEXT Teams, consisting of players aged U13–U19, compete in the MLS NEXT League – Florida Division. This is a year-round program from May to June. For all details about the MLS Next Program go to:

MLS Next & MLS Next New Tier Participation
Miami Fútbol Academy Rush is part of the MLS Next Program since 2020. Below is the MLS NEXT tier structure.
Tier One: MLS NEXT- Florida Division
Tier Two: MLS NEXT New Tier- Sunshine Division
Third Teams: National Academy League (NAL)- Florida Division

RESERVE TEAMS
The MLS Next Reserve teams, comprising players aged U13-U19, our academy’s second team, also compete at a high level in the National Academy League (NAL), a national platform, an 11 month program from August to June. Similar to our MLS Next Teams, the Reserve teams also attract attention from scouts and provide a pathway for players to become part-time or full-time players with the first team.
RESERVE TEAMS

YOUNGER PLAYERS
For our younger players, we have the Pre-MLS academy teams for U9 – U12 age athletes. A 10 month program from August to May, preparing them for the next level of competition as they compete at a high level in the Florida Academy League (FAL), a league where all MLS Next teams have their younger teams participating in. This program fields teams that compete independently in leagues and tournaments, ensuring a focused development environment. Our younger age groups play 7-a-side and 9-a-side formats without league or state championships.
All our reserve and competitive teams participate in sanctioned leagues, tournaments, and championships under the US Youth Soccer Association. Our teams predominantly play at the Division 1 level, facing off against top clubs across Florida and the nation. Participating in prestigious tournaments like the National Academy Champions League, Copa Rayadas, FAL jamboree, Freedom Cup and others. Certain teams will also have the opportunity to compete in the FYSA State Cup, President’s Cup, and Commissioner’s Cup.
We hold annual club tryouts in May, providing an opportunity for players to showcase their skills and join our competitive teams.
